That bottom slab is ~300mm, nowhere near thick enough to be a transfer slab, especially one that cantilevers an 8 storey structure 9m.

Massive, and very blah. The beige bottom looks pretty bad in person, and colored cladding looks cheap for the top part. She wont age well.

...glad to have it though!

Agree, the look isn't great, but this is definitely a case of function over form.
