No, there are a few hangers-on (a Vietnamese restaurant, a Goodwill drop-off donation centre and a bar, Moose Maguires). This article from September states that they intend to build in stages, so the hopes are that the pub will at least be open for some time - I think they get pretty good student traffic.

It's getting more difficult to fit the whole building in one photo, but I think it's close to topping out now.
You'll notice in the second photo they've put a bunch of glass in, and in the third you can see further work progressing on the link from Foothills.

Close to topping out on the low portion, the high portion has a ways to go (red lines where I think they are at right now):
This is going to be a good sized building. Bigger than I thought!

This building is becoming noticeable from all over the city now.
Almost seems like no progress, though I'm sure a project this large the changes aren't as noticeable.

The forms moved up one floor on the tower portion, that's the only change I see.
I must not have looked long enough, I see you're right they have indeed moved up a floor. ?
