How about one step further and consolidate some land along the river. Part of this would be park, the remainder residential or commercial:
Given the state of the commercial market in Calgary, I would expect these guys already have tenants lined up.This project will have a tough time competing with UXborough for medical space tenants
Don't forget about the medical offices slated for the U/D and the Riley park development. Hard to believe there's this much demandNot the greatest, but much better than what's there now. I wonder if this will affect the Stadium Shopping Centre across from the hospital, can't be too big of a market for medical offices with the actual hospital right there.
