So…someone was taking the fencing down around the site today. I’m not sure whether this is a good or bad sign. I know MoDA said this was still a go, likely in the fall. I also know that the landowner had to complete/repair the sidewalks in front of the site. Again, not sure if that’s a good or bad sign.

Central restaurants had a booth at Marda Gras just over a week ago, and they’re certain the plan is still a go. They complained about building permits delaying the process.

I would love to see this get built. I was at Marda Loop on Sunday and was so impressed by how it’s all coming together. 34th Ave is fantastic.
