Lack of glass may mean it looks like the 1970s apartments from the inside. I just hope they have really high ceilings to make up to the probable lack of light (compared to other new mid-rises).

That must have just happened recently. I'm pretty sure the houses were up last weekend. Could this be another construction start?

Nothing right now, the houses have been demolished. Supposedly they are starting in the next two or three weeks.

Here's another update for this project, they are still intending to build, but it's going to be a little bit longer than 2 to 3 weeks away before startup.

The signage at the Chelsea Homes office on 17th indicates condo.
Interesting times to develop a condo. One thing for sure though, the location is very good.

The owner is going to sell as many as condos as they can. The rest they will rent. The size of this project (80+ suites) is pretty ambitious by their standards so we will see how long it takes for construction to start.
