Nice to see this bigger building as part of the project, but I wish they had put this one at the end that closest to the station.
This whole development is a let down from the layout perspective. It is a letdown in other ways but at least if you're doing townhomes and some other larger buildings why not do as you say.

Edit: I know there are single family homes adjacent to the site so maybe they were worried about a fight with the landowners. Still, they wouldn't be the first single family homes to be next to an apartment building.

Agreed. Total letdown.

Used to rent one of these, and… can confirm that they’re a let down & more than just the layout.

From what I saw: Poor design, construction seemingly had some issues, bad HVAC on many of these units (I genuinely saw a HVAC company servicing units, including my old one, probably 3x a week), and incredibly overvalued.

Shame about this location 100% - could’ve been something incredible (vis-a-vis uni district on a smaller scale). Adds housing stock, sure…

DP is in for the apartment building. Architect is PACT and developer is Alpha Built. 154 units.
ilding.
