The only knock I have on this development s the strip of venting above the main floor, and honestly it doesn’t really bother me that much. This is such a solid addition to Calgary!

I think my only criticism of this development is the lack of weather protection for the first floor and retail.
 
OH wow they have a wood/machine shop amenity?! Damn that's enough impetus for me to move in… if I wasn't already committed to First on Tenth.

hipster, really?

the one thing that turned me off from apartment living is not being able to have a garage or some outdoor space to run a saw or have a work stand for little home projects. This pretty much solves that. Not really sure what's hipster about that lol
 
Would someone please move the disposal bin on the left it is casting a shadow on the small green space!
