Agreed, been thinking the same thing myself for a while. It looks better than the white/black.

Or they could have kept all the sills above that horizontal reveal joint and had three tones.

Just got a newsletter from my new councillor Mike Jamieson that he is now Deputy Mayor (the guy won Ward 12 by 70 votes) and is opposing city funding for office to residential conversions. He's also against all blanket rezoning and any Climate Resiliency project funding. Complete UCP dolt. Sarah Ferguson needed a more active door knocking campaign.
