Kind of funny to me to see Home Hardware building wrap on a commercial project

I like that the first level is up front to the street and the building floors are set back. Walkable and less sun shadows r the avenue. Provides some variety to the avenue. We’ll see how it turns out. I love the art deco finish in the plans.

I hope it’s a mural and not a new building as the buildings that are left have the only character left on that block.

Generally curious but is this character?...I would definitely like to see a well-designed midrise go up on that corner over a mural.

It's just that one house left, which is whatever at this point. It's not like we would be losing a victorian style design.
