The setback here is quite a bit further than I imagined it would be. Is there going to be some sort of patio space there? That would be a great spot.

Edit: you probably mean a patio on the 2nd floor.

Yes, I'm talking about the area above floor 1. Looks like a great spot for a "rooftop" patio.

Was part of the reason the building was setback due to shadowing on the park?
