There are 180 suites in the apartment building and there are supposed to be 41 townhouses in ph 2.

A new DP was approved in 2020, but the description doesn't seem very robust:
Perhaps they revised the townhome portion to apartments, to provide more purpose built rental appropriate product?

The main streets program does have this section of Edmonton Trail included in their plans for Bridgeland. There's some renderings on the cities website

but doesn't include 4 Street NE, which actually has decent bones and a high rise under construction on it (this one).

(in seriousness, it would be great for the community and the city, I just hope it doesn’t suck too much for me personally. Our plan is to ride out this house until death)
