Update: Minto Communities are hoping to start construction in the spring of 2020. As this is still planned as a condo project, everything depends on sales of course. According to their website, the unit count is now 166.

I would too. I wish Calgary had a whole lot more developments if this scale.

I would trade in a 40 story condo tower for a half dozen of these mid rise-low rise projects any day. Calgary needs alot more of these.

Also, their plan is to have another two developments directly west eventually. Good work, Minto. Do this more please!

That's great news if the case. Looking at the rendering it's too bad it's set that far back from Edmonton Trail. Same setback deal as the others further up Edmonton Trail I presume.

It really frustrates me to see buildings being setback when there are already buildings right up to the street. This city can't seem to get out of its own way sometimes.

I was looking at that also. It seems the latest rendering doesn't match the site plan. Some of the other renderings show the building closer to 4th street. I think it'll be okay.

The future development are the 20 townhomes. I'm not hopeful Minto can execute the tower's design well.

So with Nyhoff moving to Vancouver and basically abandoning all their jobs, this one is now Casola Koppe I believe, same as Annex.
