I was wondering what was going there. There's a huge mound of excavated earth in that spot.

Wow this is moving fast. There were at least 3 trucks waiting in line to haul away dirt when I drove past. Hopefully they'll keep up the pace! I love seeing University District start to fill up and actually feel like a community instead of a never ending construction site.

What's the full build out population / units expected for the district at this point? Seems like a lot of progress has been made already.

Can't believe Truman is going ahead with a Condominium development but never finished the rental project on 17 ave sw which they started 2 years ago!

I'm happy that Esquire will help fill out University District, but I really hope the next project Truman goes on is either Archer or West 17.
