Really excited to see how this one turns out. Love seeing the continued growth of the EV Riverwalk area. Such a gem.

I remember walking on the newly finished Riverwalk pathways way back in 2012 (?) And the mixed excitement and skepticism of the moment.

EV overall certainly hasn't lived up to its full hype, but it's come such a long way.

With Scotia Place and the 6th street underpass, as well as Grand Central (more iffy on this one), the EV will definitely be built out. If Grand Central happens, it's probably a good thing CMLC didn't put a bunch of townhomes/lowrise in the lots beside the library.

Looks good! We must be pretty close to full buildout of the EV waterfront sites - now hopefully we'll see more action on those parking lots.
