The siding already looks dented. Just wait for a hailstorm so strike. Surprised that material is even allowed in the city. Looks like aluminum siding,

Can they even clean the windows with this mesh? All the dust from the roads (especially the flyover) is going to live permanently on this building. You could pressure wash it, but any vulnerabilities in the envelope would be quickly exposed. This site would have been better if left as a patch of grass lol -5/10

That’s disappointing and somewhat embarrassing. How is that not accounted for? What impression does it leave on visitors?
Flyover block looks like a piece of shit. The only good thing is the grill will somewhat hide the terrible metal siding. Quality really is becoming a foreign concept.

To be fair I think it is cleaned on occasion. Was there on Canada Day and looked out at some points and don't remember it being dirty.

They would have to clean it, probably using a pressure washer or something. Otherwise I imagine dust and garbage will just build up and people would complain.
