I would think they would coordinate with Greenline construction. But who knows what its future is as well? Either way I doubt we will see construction starting anytime soon, though demolition is a strong start

Truman still has an estimated completion date of about 3 years from now. The building is supposedly fully sold out, so I'd expect construction to start no later than the spring.
