Forgot about this one, good to see another empty lot filled. Also interesting to see steel frame buildings, everything in Calgary always seems to be concrete.

Where does the elevator go?

in a fire rated drywall composite box "shaftwall" than a load bearing concrete core.

To the top floor.

The sub basement parking stackers are reached via a car elevator.

You can see what looks like the steel framing for the elevator in the back of that pic.

The elevator core is behind the cherrypicker parked inside the structure. On either side are the fire stairs. The car lift is surrounded by the wooden fence.

Cool to see an all steel constructed highrise downtown. I'm sure there are others but off the top of my head its just the Bow and Elevden Centre.

I believe the tower at 707-5th St SW was all steel as well.

Suncor (AKA Petro-Can) and Nexen (AKA NOVA) are also steel frame

707, Suncor and Nexen, were steel, as was EAP, but concrete core.
