I suspect that all of the logistics and planning involved was more so the reason. I doubt all of them were able to start at the drop of a dime following interest rate cuts.

Interior construction going on. How many total residential units are currently being added through office to residential conversions in the core? I see a lot of smaller offices being converted right now.

When I first moved to Calgary back in 2005, this building was where I worked out of for the first 16 months. Didn't even have an office, just a desk at the end of a hallway, between two other offices.

Seems quite a few of us have worked there! It was also known as the "Hangover" during my two years there back about a decade ago.

I never worked there, but had a client in the Hannover building. It recall it being adequate as an office building, but I mostly liked to go there to watch the construction of the Bow.
