Latest renderings for Harrison from Sarina’s Instagram account.
I like the changes made to the colour and material, and the changes made to the balconies on the north side of the building, but I’m not a fan of the wall proposed along the main floor along 33 Ave.

Yup. Hate that wall, but the rest of it is really solid.

I just noticed that the stairs midway along the building have the first two steps extending beyond the wall into the pedestrian realm. Seems like a tripping hazard.

The wall is quite a negative change. Overall I like what they did with the balconies by removing the opaque wood-like material from the front.

It looks to have topped out at 4 floors 
The 5th floor looks to be possibly an upper level penthouse type floor attached to the 4th floor units, and maybe haven't been built yet.
