So no construction start anytime soon unless they can get a partial permit for excavation or something?

They can apply for a partial permit once the DP is approved, but not released. So, after the CPC decision (assuming it is an approval), however that has not been scheduled yet.

The DP goes to planning commission next week:

They have sold it out (or close to it) so I am pretty sure they will build it.

Went to the Surge game on Tuesday, there's a huge billboard ad for this in the dome. It is getting built.

/\Good! We have lots of projects that seem to be stalled out so it would be nice to see this one move forward. It's a pretty cool looking building IMO.

Went by the Imperia site today and it has construction fencing around it, lot was cleared and no longer used for parking. Not sure if it's been like that for a while since I don't get over there very often. It certainly had the appearance of a site on which construction would be starting soon.
