apologies if this has been posted already, a block east of elva. this one is sure to get some push back at 10 floors, whether its warranted or not.
Would love to see that built in that location

^ I'm glad to see something substantial being proposed for that location. Years ago, when they demo'd the house on that lot, the owners were proposing a duplex. Thankfully they it didn't get built and now they are looking at something with the higher density it deserves.

20th ave is finally starting to come around with Catalyst and projects like this. Just need a few Eagle Crest type developments and there will be no stopping it.
