A lot of digging going on. I didn’t get a photo but they are down about 6 feet in a lot of places. I haven’t seen any piles being put in yet, so maybe they are still preparing the site?

Looks like they've been clearing out some old foundation and retaining walls at the edge of the site and debris from the demolition. I imagine they'll flatten it out again before shoring.

More digging! Still a big hill on the east side of the site to be taken out, but good to see a perimeter set up on the other three sides.
Signage refers to the project as "Kensington Pulse" - should we change the thread name?
