Correct. 15 storeys so too tall for wood frame construction.

I can't believe how quickly this one is going.

Small floor plates has to be a factor in the pace. Exciting we're getting more of these, like Nest that get built quickly; has to help the margins. I like the idea of going taller but skinnier.

Biggest time saver was not having multi-level underground parking. 1 floor excavated and then it was go time.
