Truman are probably building 20 big projects at least right now, largely suburban stuff. Not sure how these guys have the ability to do so much at one time, just nuts!

It's slightly awkward, but the comment is relevant to both the thread and the comment it is replying to. So I don't think it's a randomly placed generic comment. The "check out these photos" when there are no in-thread photos of amenities could just have been them clicking the link and leaving a slightly confused comment.
