Its starting. Once the lifts are done for the roof and the rest of the outer facade support structure, the outer windows will be installed pretty fast. The targeted occupancy is only 23 weeks away, lower floors first.

Just wondering, but is the white border on the smaller windows a protective film or part of the design?
