i feel Calgary need to pay more attention on 16 ave area. it is part of Trans Canada HWY, but look so terrible. probably YONG FINCH could be an example to copy

I could see it becoming a mini version of Metrotown. The North Hill site is only a fraction of the size of Metrotown, but it could be similar, only on a smaller scale.
That parcel is begging for some development.

Concord owns that parcel but anything will have to wait for the remediation of the Sears gas station, which is ongoing if you go to the southside of the mall where the KalTire is.
