Looking forward to this one getting dressed.
On the rendering it shows the black section as some type of corrugated material. Looks like it might just be a regular flat panel, which is okay, but I was looking forward to the other type of material.

I saw that metal paneling in front of the scaffolding and thought it was material for the building. For a few seconds it was refreshing to see something different.

Calgary's inner core is coming along well. There is still more improvement needed, but it's trending in the right direction.

The tower looks good so far. It's a nice variation from the standard brown brick in that part of the Beltline.
