I saw the glazing on the building this morning, and it looks good. It better in real life than the pics, no offense of course to the photographers. I'm wanting to see how the glazing will look in the evening sun. My bet is it'll look sharp.

The residential floors appear to have more spandrel than the the mezzanine floor. Still the spandrel looks good IMO.
