Irony of the day, the Centre 10 was done up as residential and failed. It turned office, if Place 10 fails as office and turns residential then it would be uncanny.

Haha ugh! I knew someone would bring up Vantage Pointe! No, I mean like a really urban dense design, sorta along the lines of the Scotiabank Theatre building (I forget its real name) in Vancouver...

Probably just making sure the sumps and what not are working properly, possibly winter-proofing the site as well. I don't expect to see anything happening on this one for quite some time, not unless they change it to residential or something.

IIRC they submitted a permit to change the project to residential. I can't find anything on the city's planning pages, but I'm pretty sure I remember seeing something about it a while back.

Nothing on the City's development map for a new permit. And Centron's website still lists Place 10 as "for lease"
