Not sure. BentallGreenOak is a real estate management company that develops for their clients. They are owned by Sun Life. The new real estate arm for BCIMC is Quadreal.

Tower and podium are looking good, however, I'm most interested to see the breezeway delivery. They purchased and closed the lane under the rationale of alley way activation (FAR for reals). Proof will be in the execution, so high hopes!

Open to pedestrians (the public), but the rear lane will dead end on 4th street so they can put in some higher quality surfacing that would interface the second tower

I like the way this is turning out. Very similar to the rendering which is nice. In the rendering it looked like it might be spandrel instead of aluminum panels, which I would have preferred but otherwise, turning out as expected.

I would be surprised to see it going ahead anytime soon. If they had have built shared u/g parking and podium I would expect to see it go ahead, but since it would be from scratch, wouldn't be surprised to see it on hold for a while.

One thing I like about this tower is panels look light gray sometimes and almost black other times.
