I don't know how "active" this woornerf will actually be. It is lined entirely by the residential lobby. No retail fronting onto it with this tower. Missed opportunity in my mind to create something special:

The first tower turned out amazing, I couldn't be more excited for the second. My hopes and expectations are high!

I love it! The only thing I'd change is the color to help with variation among the two towers, maybe white panels instead of dark grey?

This is the one building I hope they don't move forward on soon because I live in Park Central Tower 1 and Tower 2 would destroy my amazing view and wake me up every morning

This is one of the reasons why developers should do all their construction at or around the same time. Now they're gonna have a lot of current tenants move out and have a harder time filling the current suites in Tower 1.
