Quick, everyone take a walk down 4th street the sidewalks are now open. I've lived/worked in the area for 15 years and I can only think of one other time when it was possible to walk from DT to Elbow, so take your chance now before the Truman site begins and inevitably closes the sidewalks on all sides.

Looking forward to the additional density that this will bring but man I just want to see the area look completed with no construction

Maybe I've seen too many movies set in New York but "Two Park Central" sounds so cool to me. This is development is one of my favourites.

This development is not ritzy enough to be Central Park adjacent (and for that you also need a doorman!), but honestly it's not something that would look too out of place in many parts of Midtown Manhattan

Loving the alley treatment here. Hopefully more projects can do the same.

Would be nicer if it was more pedestrian focused. This looks like a pick up/ drop off area for phase 2 and servicing for phase 1. The pedestrian entrance off 4th should have the grand entrance with this drop off area being a hole in the wall.

Yeah, the retail lined alleyway that was promised 7 years ago when the project was first pitched is not what we have gotten unfortunately.
