This is the final stages of tendering to sub-contractors. It looks like Ellis Don is the G.C. I have heard that could be as early as January for shovels in the ground.

Central Memorial Park is going to have a really interesting feel once all the empty spaces are filled in with towers. I hope the podia come with some nice amenities to compliment it.
Not far off at all. Earlier I had said that if I was betting money I would have picked 500 block as the next project to go ahead.....now I wish I was really betting money!

Great news! I really like this location as well. My general observation is restaurants appear to be busier in the Beltline area lately, prob another indicator that the economy is picking up.

This'll be a nice addition to the increasing tower density of the Beltline, another 350+ footer

This render is only a couple months old. There was an older render but it was more "vision," this is what is getting built.
Yep, this render is the one that was in the most recent DP. It's possible that some minor changes can be done to the existing DP, but they would be fairly minor, non impacting.
