Did Anyone else besides Me see last Wkds Calgary Sun's Homes/Condo Section Pullout? There was a Topic about Anthem, Merging with United Mgmnt to form Anthem/United. It was Quite Interesting to Find Out. This will impact their Develope Projects.

I prefer the original phase myself, as I think it is a bit more elegant than the more recent, over-cladded, directions.

I agree with DiscoStu. My wife and I were walking past this yesterday, and I felt the stonework on the original phases looked much better than the spandrel used on the newer ones.

Guess once this Whole Project gets completed it will add to the Areas as such. Kind of reminds Me of the Original Eau Claire Project but It never got Blt.
Unless Its changed hands I believe Harvard Owns the Eau Claire Market Land. What gets Blt? Not all to sure but I believe it will B various Condo/Office
Towers. 30 Flrs? Not sure. The Hotel and the Y stays as I know It. Lots of Opportunities in DT, Sure like to see them start taking place, Give Edmonton &
Winnipeg a run for their Money's Worth.

Yep. As far as recent projects in Calgary go, we don't need to give Edmonton or Winnipeg a run for their money. Been there done that.
Calgary needs to go after bigger game like Toronto and Vancouver. Some of the development in East Village is getting there, projects like Telus Sky and the library are in that zone.
