Indevelopments reminded me of Quarry Bay. A small group of people where almost everybody was an executive.

There's a bit of a pit with some foundation work started, but this has been on hold the last while with the Main Streets project in full effect. The roads surrounding this lot have been dug up. Might be a slow one.

Thanks for the update! I’m quite happy to wait for this one to be built and have the mainstreets work as a priority

Surprised BMO is opening a new branch here. They're closing their Kensington location.

It was minor exterior changes. Window size increased on second floor for residential opportunities. Big ugly BMO blue thing stays. Lets see how it turns out.

I noticed an excavator on site while driving by tonight. I’m not sure why, because it seemed like they had already completed excavation. It’s possible that it’s from the Main Streets contractor and they are just temporarily storing it there.

No action on site since construction stopped. Likely doesn't make sense until the Main Streets work surrounding the building is complete and the weather allows for longer construction days.

With BMO as the tenant I expect this will start up construction again, it was probably halted due to the ongoing construction on 33rd
