Indevelopments reminded me of Quarry Bay. A small group of people where almost everybody was an executive. It was, but iirc it's now a different developer,
Thanks for the update! I’m quite happy to wait for this one to be built and have the mainstreets work as a priorityThere's a bit of a pit with some foundation work started, but this has been on hold the last while with the Main Streets project in full effect. The roads surrounding this lot have been dug up. Might be a slow one.
Any idea what the changes were for? Maybe they’re changing it from a bank to a restopub? They submitted amended plans in July, so I wondered if they were waiting for those approvals.
I don’t know what the changes were specifically. It seems like minor cosmetic changes mostly. You can see the current plans vs. the previous plans of you download them from DMAP here: https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2023-01202Any idea what the changes were for? It was minor exterior changes. Window size increased on second floor for residential opportunities. Big ugly BMO blue thing stays. Lets see how it turns out.Any idea what the changes were for? Maybe they’re changing it from a bank to a restopub?
I noticed an excavator on site while driving by tonight. I’m not sure why, because it seemed like they had already completed excavation. It’s possible that it’s from the Main Streets contractor and they are just temporarily storing it there. With the main streets work on 33rd being stopped for the holiday shopping season, this one might pick back up for a bit.
