I drove past it about two weeks ago, and I didn't seem them doing any exterior work, I think it's all interior work now.
 
Exterior work and landscaping well underway. Really like how this one is turning out. Photos taken yesterday morning.

It's a pretty decent, if somewhat bland, building overall that helps to continue momentum into the more desolate lots of the neighbourhood.

I'm just not a fan of the red panels. Red on architecture never works for me (I also dislike it on the Peace Bridge, although mostly because its a burgundy).

Man, I live across the street. These things are like 200-400 sq/ft smaller than my unit, yet $200k more expensive. Fingers crossed.. rising tide and all that!
