There's also a pretty good slope on the SW side of the campus centre with a big retaining wall for the LRT, so this will be the service end no matter what.

I checked today and their DP has not been released yet so I believe they may have received partial permits (stripping & grading, excavation, foundation, etc) similar to the Event Centre.
