I don't see Bow Developments paying an architect to redesign. They are fortunate just to finish the project.... if they finish it.

There was a real contrast between the interior design and exterior architecture for this building, more so than most buildings I've ever seen. I really liked the interior design, but wasn't a fan of the exterior.

Drove past this development last Thursday, there were a few guys in hi vis moving around the site but it didn't look like any real progress had been made since the pictures from last May.

Just drove by this and it's officially under construction. They've started framing and assembling the first story.

Guisti Walltech, must be the main supplier in the city, they are doing all of the woodframe projects.

I don't know if they do all of the Calgary projects, but they have done a lot of them, and they've been around for a while. Mostly suburban stuff, but lately they've been doing lots of inner city projects.

Yeah it's a great system - walls up lightening fast. Unfortunately they don't supply the actual material (just assemble it offsite) - although, who would take that risk given lumber markets last year
