Less than ideal location for higher density development. It's an island that would be difficult to integrate with the surrounding area. We can't expect anything else than the suburban design here. I'm just a little surprised the developer is proposing ground floor retail.
I’m pleasantly surprised that they had the foresight to include ground floor retail in this plan. This development is turning out much better than expected. Is this randomly turning into one of the better TODs Calgary has developed so far? Granted we’ll see what it’s like when it’s fully built out.

Phases (?) 2 (DP2023-04656) and 3 (DP2023-04642) were approved.
Wow! One is 20 stories and the other two are 18 stories. I really like that the buildings all line the cul-de-sac with the parking lots to Macleod. Great TOD quantity, may lack beauty but one of these at every c-train station with a park and ride and you begin moving the needle.

Big big or go home.

All four buildings 1 x 20 storey tower, 2 x 18 storey towers, and a lowrise building. 299 units in total from the three towers.

Yeah I'm pretty sick of this architectural style, but hey, it's probably cheap. Hopefully this can add some good supply at a good price point onto the market - hopefully some 3-bedroom units.
Anyone know what Building C is? Looks like it could be a library or some kind of similar community centre.
