The base looks mostly brick. The tower portion is curtain wall and charcoal porcelain tiles

Interesting, I'm wondering if separate tiles, or pre-fab panels? I would assume pre-fab panels but I guess we'll see.

This feels like one of those where the reality looks better than the render, purely because they've overshot the glazing reflection.

Wish they had kept the old mustache pool design with the bar. It would have made for some epic Stampede parties with the views of the fireworks and the grounds. The new design is more or less just a pool.

Hope the brick is more brown than grey, the BMO being charcoal could make the streetscape a bit monotonous if the brick is too similar on this. Nice though

I have ptsd from the 00’s red brick stampitecture in that area. I’m happy with this or a brown brick.

Keep in mind, something a little more static and "rustic" will work nicely in contrast to the mass glass glazing kiddy corner (JW/W). I think it's a nice compliment to the Stampede, without being "stampitecture"

Neon would look really cool, unfortunately it's already an endangered art, and it'll only get more expensive to have fixed in the future. Led is almost assured.
