I figured that was your reference, and that in no way harkens to SSP, like not even a little bit. Especially not the negative parts of SSP. I'll continue posting funny GIFs whenever I please.
Trying to police people's posts seems more like the bad parts of ssp to me, now that I think of it.

Maybe relevant for a separate thread, but this forum has so far been super laser focused, ultra professional and is why architects and developers are comfortable taking part in discussing their projects.
It’s also keeping the riff raff away because they know they don’t have an audience here.

No. Probably means they have to secure financing and want to make sure they are building the project at the lowest possible cost.

I drove past there on Saturday and saw some activity. Still keeping my fingers crossed tho.
Much better progress than at any other time for this project.
