If this happening, then, wow, that's great! With rumors of MacPherson Sq maybe going ahead, and Dominion already underway, that part of Bridgeland is going to very different in a few years.

I have heard that McPherson Sq is going to start and it will be rentals. With Dominion also being rentals, Steps would be the third rental project within a block of each other.

I doubt it. The section of the road that's dug up looks like they were accessing the north wall of Steps' basement that's already built. Either that or some utility connection in tight to the wall itself.
I've also seen a few workers on the Steps site over the past several weeks.

Imagine if the other one at McPherson Square goes ahead? Three significant projects within a block of each other. That will basically complete 'The Bridges' ARP. I think the only lot left will be the one east to Dominion.
