Looks like significant prep work is being done around the ground floor level of the Len Werry building and the little one between that and TS. Some cladding on the little one has been removed, and one level of scaffolding has been erected so far. Looks like the rumours of the reclad of these two were not exaggerated

Im assuming this is the reclad version?
Not sure I like the new cladded version. The building doesn't have actual used windows today, but at least it looks like it does. The new version doesn't have enough glass for my liking.

Not sure how I feel about this, I was expecting better based on how impressive Telus Sky is. Materials will make or break it. Why do all Calgary re-clads suck (looking at Palliser Square).
