I wonder if the market just isn't good enough for more higher end restos right now? A resto in Telus Sky would fetch a fair bit of rent.

Fitness centers are the new fine dining option. Nothing beats having a CLIF Bar for dinner while riding an elliptical in Calgary's premier architecturally distinctive building.

Managed to get a tour of the building last week. Check out the pics. The top few floors are going to be Telus amenity space.

That is an internal staircase for Telus, it looks awesome. The white panels will have a living wall right from floors 2-11. I've added another pic.

no problem. We got to tour one of the Telus floors that is also done with furniture and fit-up and they have some nice space. We weren't allowed to take pics of their space but I was thinking of firing up my resume after seeing the work space they'll have...

The tower looks really cool now with the final corner being built in outline but not filled in with windows. It's like the artist finished drawing it, but still hasn't coloured in the last corner.
