It's hard to believe that Telus Sky is finally happening. It felt like we were waiting for it forever, and demolition and excavation took forever. Should become noticeable in the skyline by late this coming summer, after it surpasses Hanover and SEC East.

Anyone have a rough idea of how quickly the floors are going up here?

Anyone have a rough idea of how quickly the floors are going up here?
It looks like they went up a floor over a 12 day period. I was going to go back into December and compare update pics, but with the Christmas break it's hard to get a proper gauge.

Yeah. I guess we can say 2 weeks per floor. That is extremely slow considering how small the floor-plates are. I wonder why?

Once a couple more floors go up we'll get a better idea of how many days per floor. I'm guessing it'll be somewhere around 10 to 12 days p i'm guessing it'll be somewhere around 10 to 12 days per floor.

I don't know if there's a difference with office floors, I think in the past concrete poured floors of always been about one per week or one every 10 days or something along those lines. Park point has a floor plate of about half the size so it could be easily done in a week.

Crew size, the formwork system, staging and municipal restriction probably have more impact on the schedule than the floor plate size

This building is going have a lot of black. Going by the model shown, the top has *alot* more black than the bottom, and to me the bottom has a fair amount of black in real life.
