17 complete, working on 18th

When I was looking at this tower from the Calgary Tower, I was imagining how it would look once complete. I think this baby is going to look stunning. I still think white would have been better, but the black will still look great.

The skip shows that section as level 4, but from what I can see it really is only 3 levels. The main floor and second level are extra height levels, but don't look to have any extra half floors built in. Not sure why thy numbered the floors the way they have.

Okay. you're going by the hoist floor counts. How easy are those to program around double height floors? It's probably easier to keep the 3rd floor send button as the walled off upper portion of the double height floor than custom programming the hoist to skip that section.

Telus is leasing 130,000 square feet of the 430,000 square feet. They stopped marketing the remaining 300,000.

Only 130K of space, given the diminishing floor plate, that is probably about eight floors. I had heard they were taking 13 floors, but that was a long time ago.
Unless of course it's the top 13 floors maybe that might work out 130k.
