Dominion 2 will hit before the Bridge, and don't forget Era will be coming online around that time too, as well as the smaller projects like Columbus Court, Brio, and a few others. By the time the second phase of Era happens, Bridgeland may have nearly doubled in population.

a day like yesterday a boxwood style cafe with a large patio would crush in the park.

its going to be amazing next summer when all this construction is finished.

have to think vacancy is going to be way low compared to the rest of the city.

cant see how this isnt going to be calgarys best neighbourhood.

I feel like Bridgeland has moved up a notch over the past year or two, and will move up another notch when this construction done. Throw in a grocery store and a couple of developments along the north side of 1st ave, and it's able to compete against any neighborhood.
