Based on the pace of the first 3, I anticipate it will move quickly. Do you know if Remington has had success filling up the first towers?
Just anecdotal... but there are often a lot of lights on when I drive by in the mornings and evenings.Based on the pace of the first 3, I anticipate it will move quickly. Do you know if Remington has had success filling up the first towers?
Honestly just a wild ass guess, but I always thought they'd build Deville and fill it with tenants and then sell it to someone else... then re-deploy that capital on the other projects as the greenline gets closer. I think mixed use would fit nicely for the huge parcel south of the YMCA, but it'd also be nice if they finally finished Quarry Crossing II (how weathered is that concrete to begin with after 10+ years?)I suspect Remington to move forward with a residential project fronting the Bow, somewhere south of the existing Champagne buildings.
I also wouldn't be supervised if the planned design/build/sell office proposal south of the rec center becomes a large residential project.
