There was originally plans for a resto up on one of the top floors. I don't know if that's still the case, but it was at the time the DP was submitted. I believe the lower level patio was to be social gathering space, but that could have also changed.
It's going to be two different hotel brands. The top 9 floors iirc, were to be the luxury brand, and the bottom floors, more of a mid range brand. If I had to guess, I would say the luxury brand would be a 4 star type.It just warms my heart to see buildings rise on old parking lots, do we have any idea of what ranking the hotel will have yet, 4 or 5 stars?

I could see a JW going up here. The NHLPA demands a certain level of accommodations and this would fit the bill.
I could be wrong, and I believe it depends on the team, but either the Westin or the Sheraton in Eau Claire.
