I like the style of brick they're using. I really hope this is how August and Argyle end up looking.

I really like the colour of this brick too. A nice change from the traditional red and gives it a modern feel.

If only there was a street or walking path extending north from 33 Ave, right to the centre of this block. It would make an amazing terminus.

This one is turning out exactly as rendered. I wish all low rise development had this level of quality. Reminds me of something you’d see in Montreal’s Griffintown, or Quebec City.
